Returns Policy

- We accept: Money orders, Cashier checks, Paypal (Transactions thru paypal must be made in U.S. dollars).
- We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the item is not as described. You must contact us within 3 days after you receive your shipment. We request that you take a picture, clearly depicting the source of your concern, then e-mail picture to us asap.
- Some restrictions on returns may apply and are subject to a 15% restocking fee** Please contact us immediately in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with our product. Customers who pay thru paypal are responsible for all transaction fees.
- Our carrier is USPS. Shipping is non-refundable.
- The cost for orders shipped internationally average approximately $50-$80 The buyer will be responsible for this shipping cost.
- Refunds are permitted within 10 days from the date of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. The merchandise must be unused and unworn.
- Refunds, exchanges or credits are not permitted on special orders, custom jewelry and sale items.
- Damage or Breakage: We never ship defective merchandise. In the unlikely event a package is damaged in transit, we ask that you first alert the delivery person of said damage. Get his name and inform him a claim will be made. Ask him to assist with the paperwork so we can better assist you with your refund. It is the delivering agent’s responsibility to deliver packages void of damage. ShellsHawaii cannot be responsible for any shipping charges related to returns.
