This Hawaiian shell lei is handcrafted in the classic Herringbone style, also known as the Manoa Loa pattern (ニイハウ シェル ジュエリー). Made with genuine Kahelelani shells collected on Kauaʻi, the lei flows in gentle natural tones that create a calm, timeless feel.
The Manoa Loa pattern is inspired by the long, diagonal ridges of Oʻahu’s Manoa Valley. Just like those ridgelines, each shell is woven in a V-shaped sequence that forms a soft, graceful rhythm throughout the lei. The matte finish of the shells adds a natural, earthy elegance — making this piece a meaningful keepsake filled with aloha.
