Four-Strand Poepoe Style Kahelelani Shell Lei
Featuring Rare Kauaʻi Shells
This handcrafted lei is a powerful tribute to Kauaʻi’s shoreline beauty. Measuring 20½ inches in length, it features four meticulously strung strands of authentic Kahelelani shells — highlighted by deep natural burgundy tones and rare creamy Kamoa, also known as “Ice Cream” shells. These natural shells were respectfully collected from Anini Beach and other pristine areas along the Kauaʻi coast.
Designed in the Poepoe (rounded) style, this lei has a gracefully full, symmetrical form that lies beautifully across the chest when worn. Each shell is hand-selected for its color and texture, creating an elegant, balanced design rooted in Hawaiian tradition.
