This listing includes 235 Kahelelani shells in the beautiful and creamy Kamoa “Ice Cream” color — a unique tone treasured by Niʻihau shell jewelry makers. These shells are considered very large (size 14 and above) and have a lovely natural luster.
Shell Poking Tip:
Kamoa-colored shells have a thicker shell wall, which makes them a bit harder to poke than other Kahelelani types.
To avoid breaking the shell:

Start by gently poking a small hole

Then slowly widen it to your desired size
Trying to create the full-size hole all at once often causes the shell to crack — so take it slow. I hope this tip helps! ^-^
