This is a list of Niihau shell kit. This kit combine 300 shells size 14, one poking tool, 2 puka shells to finish the clasp, nylon string for making 18" lei and one 14k gold filled safety clasp.
The Kahelelani shells are ke‘oke‘o and some light green hue color. This set of shells are very good size for making jewelry. This set of Kahelelani shells can make at least 18" in herringbone style shell lei. For herringbone style you will use approximately of 16 shells to create an inch. The sample of herringbone style in the pictures is included with this listing.
