This Kipona-style bracelet is created using two traditional Hawaiian shell techniques. In Hawaiian, “Kipona” refers to mixing more than one type of shell in a single piece of jewelry, bringing together variety, harmony, and cultural beauty.
This bracelet features Kahelelani shells strung in a double-strand poepoe style, combined with Momi shells in a classic pikake pattern. The design is simple, traditional, and lightweight, with each shell hand-selected for its natural luster. The Momi shells show soft off-white tones that blend beautifully with the Kahelelani shells, giving the bracelet a gentle, timeless look.

The example photos show how I measure all of my bracelets with a safety hook clasp. The ruler shown is for demonstration purposes only and does not represent the measurement of every bracelet. Please refer to the bracelet measurement listed in the product description for the actual size of the bracelet you are purchasing.
Bracelets are measured in the closed position. The measurement is taken from the beginning of the clasp to where the hook naturally rests when fastened. The small gap between the hook and clasp is included because it is part of the bracelet's wearable length.
