15% Discount for Returning Customers

As a mahalo to my returning customers, I offer a 15% discount on future purchases.

  • Valid only on full-priced items (not on sale items).

  • A personal coupon code will be included with each shipment.

  • The coupon has no expiration date — you can use it anytime.

  • Please note: This coupon does not apply to custom orders. For returning customers who request a custom order, I offer a separate 10% discount.

20% Discount on Orders of 2 or More In-Stock Items

Enjoy 20% off automatically when you purchase 2 or more in-stock eligible items in a single order.

  • The discount is applied at checkout — no code needed.

  • This offer cannot be combined with the 15% returning customer coupon or the 10% custom order discount.

  • Custom orders are excluded from this promotion.

Important Notes:

  • Some select items are excluded (for example, special supply items such as thread or string offered at a fixed price, like thread supply. These items do not qualify for discounts and do not count toward the minimum item total.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are not included in the 15% or 20% discounts.

  • Returning customers who request a custom order receive a 10% discount.

  • A 50% deposit is required before I begin your order. Once I start the work, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if anything happens after you receive your order, please contact me immediately so I can help address the issue properly.
