This handcrafted 8" bracelet is made with 100% authentic Niʻihau shells, measured end to end including clasp and loop. The design is strung in the Kipona style, a traditional Hawaiian method that blends different shell colors together in one piece. Kipona means “mixed” in Hawaiian — a celebration of variety, contrast, and harmony. In this bracelet, soft white shells are paired with deeper tones to create a rich, textured look.

The shells used here are Kahelelani (size 15) in the classic Keʻokeʻo (white) color, carefully matched for balance and beauty. Keʻokeʻo Kahelelani shells are the most common color found on Niʻihau, but they are also among the most loved. About 95% of the time, they carry a high natural luster that shines beautifully in the light. Their tones can range from creamy white to soft ivory, often with delicate freckles, speckles, or faint pink striping. Together in the Kipona style, these shells create a glowing strand that feels alive and full of aloha.

The bracelet is finished with a genuine Puka shell clasp, adding both security and a touch of traditional Hawaiian charm.
