Shipping Policy

Delivery Time:

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • International: 10–14 business days and may vary depending on customs processing

Customs, import duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Orders

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International
  • International shipping cost is $50 USD for Priority Mail and $80 USD for Express Mail
  • Buyers are responsible for all international shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country
  • Please check your country’s customs regulations before placing an order
  • I am not responsible for delays caused by customs

Return Policy

I accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

If there is any issue with your order, you must contact me within 24–48 hours of delivery (based on USPS tracking) so I can review and assist you promptly.

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Return must be approved before being sent back
  • Item must be shipped back within 7–10 business days of delivery

Shipping responsibility:

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping cost is not refundable
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Final sale items:

  • Loose shell supplies
  • Custom orders

These items are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom Orders

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started
  • I will share progress updates during the process
  • Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
  • Returning customers may receive a 10% discount on future custom orders

Shipping & Signature Policy

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include basic insurance coverage of $50–$200 depending on the order value
  • Additional insurance is available upon request before shipping
  • For orders over $200, adding extra insurance is recommended for full coverage
  • Orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery
  • Tracking information is provided for every order
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your delivery location is secure
