  • PayPal (all transactions must be made in U.S. dollars)

Please:

  • Contact us as soon as possible (within 24–48 hours of delivery, according to USPS tracking) so we can review the issue and help right away.

  • Once approved, returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date.

  • Include a clear photo showing the issue and email it to us promptly.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item when accompanied by a receipt.


Important Notes on Returns

  • Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customer Contact: Please notify us right away if you receive a defective item so we can assist promptly.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Shipping Insurance: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include basic insurance coverage of $50–$200, depending on your order’s total value.

If your order is valued over $200 and you would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact me before your order ships. I do not charge extra for this service; I will give you the exact USPS insurance price shown when I create your shipping label.


Custom Orders

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started.

  • I will keep you updated with progress photos throughout the process.

  • No returns, exchanges, or credits are accepted for custom orders.

  • Returning customers receive a 10% discount on future custom orders.


International Orders

  • Buyers are responsible for all international shipping fees (typically $50–$80 USD).

  • Please check your country’s customs regulations and fees before placing an order to avoid delivery delays or issues.


Damaged or Broken Items During Shipping

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping.
If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Notify the delivery person immediately.

  2. Get their full name and let them know you intend to file a claim.

  3. Ask them to assist with the necessary paperwork.

Please note: USPS is responsible for delivering packages in good condition.
ShellsHawaii.com cannot reimburse shipping costs or losses caused by carrier mishandling.


Shipping & Signature Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes basic insurance coverage of $50–$200 depending on the order value.

For orders valued over $200, I highly recommend purchasing additional insurance to fully protect your package in the event of loss or damage during transit.
If you would like to add extra insurance, please contact me before your order ships. I do not charge any extra fees and will provide you with the exact USPS insurance price as shown when I create the shipping label.

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, ShellsHawaii.com is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in transit.
However, if any shipping issue arises, please don’t hesitate to contact me — I’ll gladly do my best to help guide you through the USPS claim process and support you however I can.

For orders over $500, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Tracking information will be provided for every order, and customers are encouraged to make sure their delivery location is secure.
