Customs, import duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Orders
- Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International
- International shipping cost is $50 USD for Priority Mail and $80 USD for Express Mail
- Buyers are responsible for all international shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country
- Please check your country’s customs regulations before placing an order
- I am not responsible for delays caused by customs
Return Policy
I accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
If there is any issue with your order, you must contact me within 24–48 hours of delivery (based on USPS tracking) so I can review and assist you promptly.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Return must be approved before being sent back
- Item must be shipped back within 7–10 business days of delivery
Shipping responsibility:
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping cost is not refundable
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Final sale items:
- Loose shell supplies
- Custom orders
These items are not eligible for return or refund.

Custom Orders
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started
- I will share progress updates during the process
- Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund
- Returning customers may receive a 10% discount on future custom orders
Shipping & Signature Policy
- All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include basic insurance coverage of $50–$200 depending on the order value
- Additional insurance is available upon request before shipping
- For orders over $200, adding extra insurance is recommended for full coverage
- Orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery
- Tracking information is provided for every order
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your delivery location is secure
