Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Venmo (please contact me for this payment method)
  • PayPal (all transactions must be made in U.S. dollars)

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include a clear photo showing the issue and email it to us as soon as possible.
  • Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt.
  • Returned items must be unused and unworn.

Important Notes on Returns
  • Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.
  • Shipping Insurance: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include $200 insurance.
    • If your order is valued over $200 and you’d like to purchase additional insurance, please contact me. The extra cost will be based on your order's total value.
  • Custom Orders:
    • A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
    • Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
    • I will keep you updated with progress photos throughout the process.
    • No returns, exchanges, or credits are accepted for custom orders.
    • Returning customers receive a 10% discount on custom orders.
  • International Orders:
    • Buyers are responsible for all international shipping fees (typically $50–$80 USD).
    • Please check your country’s customs regulations and fees before placing an order to avoid issues with delivery.

Damaged or Broken Items During Shipping
Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. If your package arrives damaged:
  1. Notify the delivery person immediately.
  2. Get their full name and let them know you intend to file a claim.
  3. Ask them to assist with the necessary paperwork.
Please note: It is the carrier’s responsibility to deliver packages in good condition. ShellsHawaii.com cannot reimburse shipping costs for return claims caused by carrier mishandling.

Shipping & Signature Policy
For orders over $1,000, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.
Tracking information will be provided with every order. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.
Highly Recommended:
I strongly encourage customers to purchase additional insurance for high-value orders. This protects you in case your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located. Without additional insurance, you may not be able to file a claim with the post office.
If you would like to add extra insurance, please contact me before your order ships so I can assist you with pricing.
