As a small mahalo to my returning customers, I offer a 15% discount on future purchases.
• Valid on full-priced items (not sale items).
• A personal coupon code will be included with each shipment.
• The coupon has no expiration date — you’re welcome to use it anytime.
• This coupon does not apply to custom orders.
• For returning customers who request a custom order, I’m happy to offer a 10% discount instead.
Important Notes:
• From time to time, ShellsHawaii may offer limited-time or occasional special promotions.
• These special offers are valid only during the stated promotion period.
• Promotions normally cannot be combined with other discounts unless clearly noted.
• Some select items are excluded — such as special supply items sold at a fixed price, including thread or string supply, certificates, and gift wrap services.

Custom Orders
• Custom orders are not included in the 15% returning customer discount.
• For returning customers who request a custom order, I’m happy to offer a 10% discount.
• A 50% deposit is required before I begin your order.
• Once work has started, the order cannot be canceled.
• Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If anything happens after you receive your order, please contact me right away and I will do my best to help.
