This shell supply includes a naturally mixed set of genuine Momi, Laiki, and a few yellow Kamoa Kahelelani shells from Niʻihau. These shells come in small sizes and are a good supply for beginners who are just starting to learn Niʻihau shell jewelry making, as well as for makers who enjoy working with tiny shells for delicate designs.
The shells in this set are mixed quality. Some shells have very good natural luster while others have softer shine, making this a mixed A, B, and C grade selection. Even though the shells are small, they are still good shells for making jewelry and are especially suitable for small projects such as earring posts or four-strand designs where tiny shells work very well.
