Each Certificate of Authenticity from ShellsHawaii.com is a personalized, signed document created to confirm the authenticity of your Hawaiian heirloom jewelry or loose shell purchase. Every certificate is prepared with great care to reflect the value, origin, and meaning behind each item.
Your certificate includes:
• a unique identification number
• a description of the jewelry design, style, or shell supply
• shell origin and the percentage of Niʻihau shells used (when applicable)
• purchase date and artist signature
• a photo of the exact item or shells you purchased
Printed on high-quality 4×6 glossy paper, this certificate serves as a permanent record of your one-of-a-kind treasure.
A Certificate of Authenticity is included at no additional cost with any individual item priced over $500.
For items priced under $500, you may choose to add a certificate for $10 per item.
This applies to both finished jewelry and loose shell supplies. Certificates are prepared per individual item, not based on the order total.
This small addition supports the time and care required to prepare each personalized document. It’s a thoughtful way to preserve the story of your jewelry or shells and pass it on as part of your collection, teaching materials, or a meaningful gift.
